July 4th

Parade time! Bailee experienced her first parades this year....possibly her last!

Here she is running as fast as she can because she sees a clown and is NOT happy! I guess she doesn't like clowns. Poor thing, look at the terror in her face!

16 weeks

Still haven't gained any weight...but look at how far I poke out!!! It's a little frustrating. My sister in law, who is 8 weeks ahead of me and this is her 3rd pregnancy, isn't even this big yet!

At my 16 week ultrasound, baby showed us she was a girl, and hid her face from us the rest of the time. She did however, continue to grab her ears! It was so cute! I just hope she doesn't come out with huge ears from all that stretching!! haha ;)

Just because I love this girl so much!!! This was on July 4th weekend before we headed out to Bailee's first parade! Ain't she cute?!

It's a...

GIRL!!!

We are excited to announce that baby Bills will be baby girl #2! We were certain she was going to be a boy...goes to show you no 2 pregnancies are alike. The differernces so far are:

• Chocolate/sweets are not my favorite...very few and far between will I endulge and then it's usually something fruity/sour. In my first trimester even the smell of chocolate made me want to vomit. (there was not enough chocolate in this world to satisfy me while I was preggo with B)
• No heartburn! (I has constant heartburn from week 8 until birth with B....and she was still bald!)
• Pelvic pressure (this little girlie likes to sit low in my uterus...which keeps the pressure down there pretty intense sometimes)
• Morning sickness was different. I actually threw up a few times my first trimester...but mostly just felt yucky over nauseous. (With B I was constantly on edge...watery mouth and all dry heaving and could not throw up for anything. In my opinion...that was a worse feeling!)
• This little ones heart rate has been in the 160's. (B's was constantly 140's)

Then of course there were all of the old wives tales. And seeing as I know when I ovulated...it was sure to be a boy. Boys swim faster, girls live longer. Well, our Heavenly Father had a different plan for us.

We had Bailee come with Cris and I into the ultrasound. I asked the tech to pause before she said the sex so I could guess. Well she first got a shot of baby hiding her face tummy down at the very bottom of my uterus...which is what I think is her favorite spot. The next shot was a potty shot...the money shot...I quickly said "Babe, there is no penis there...that is ALL GIRL!" The tech giggled a little and said you are right. So then I said to B "it's a sister!" and she got so excited and couldn't stop giggling and smiling the whole rest of the day! Bailee is THRILLED to be having a sister. She wants to share her room with her, change her diapers, read her stories, get her dressed, help her bath, and help her go to bed. Bailee is going to be a great big sister!

So pass along baby name ideas...we have NO CLUE! We know we don't want anything too popular...but we don't want something so random off the wall either. But really, any and ALL ideas are welcomed.

IT'S A GIRL!!!

I love both of these girls...but especially mine! Bailee and Karlee are 6 months apart and everyday are becoming closer and closer best friends!

Bailee has been so good lately. If she is trying to tell me something and I'm just not getting what she's saying...instead of screaming and throwing a huge fit, she looks straight into my eyes and says "Mom. You just aren't understanding me." So I try again. She loves baby already. She talks to him almost everyday. She tells him that she's the big sister and she tells him to grow big in there. Bailee is wonderful. I love her! I can't wait for this baby to come and help me entertain her! It's getting harder and harder everyday.

14 weeks

I felt the baby move! It was AMAZING! I was laying in bed on my back and just felt this roll of pressure on my left side and my belly was sorta lop sided and really hard on the left side. I kept imagining my hand holding all lemon size of my baby! It made for such a great day! I can't wait for baby to get bigger and feel him more often! Life is great.

The dance year started out with 8 girls... 4 were left by the end of the year. Bailey, Bailee, Aubrey, and Kendra. Bailee is the youngest and shortest! All the other girls are 4 already!

12 weeks...it's starting!

Probably mostly bloat belly...but I feel pregnant. At my last OB appointment baby's heart rate was 164. This is frustrating because above 140 is an old wives tale for a girl. YIKES! We'll see! July 8th is my gender check! YAY!
